Access control

When you enter our industrial estate, you will first be met by a checkpoint. To then be able to enter the guarded area, you pass an entry control.

Control station

When you arrive at OKG's industrial area, you pass through a control station. At the control station, all vehicles entering the area are checked and you are asked to show your access card. If you do not have an access document, you must state your purpose and your identity. Also be prepared to give your contact person at OKG to the security guard.

All vehicles that are not ordinary passenger cars enter via separate lanes and these vehicles are subject to more extensive checks. To avoid queues during rush hour, cars may also use the lanes marked "Other vehicles" during this period, provided they show a green light.

Access control

To enter the guarded area, an access control must be passed. This means that you need to verify your identity using fingerprint scanning. Vein scanning is used as an alternative method for those people who do not have readable fingerprints.

Unauthorized items

The following are examples of items that are not allowed to be carried:

Objects capable of launching a projectile or causing injury
Throwing weapons
Explosives, ammunition, primers and detonators
All kinds of knives, bayonets, etc.
Brass knuckles, clubs, batons
Alcohol and stimulants
Cameras
Flammable liquids, chemicals, acids, gases, sprays and pressurized containers.

*These items must be handled via OKG's goods reception.

Security check

Place outerwear, headgear, cell phone, electronics, luggage, metal objects and OKG ID in a plastic bin on the conveyor belt. You will then pass through a metal detector arch that reacts to different types of metal objects.

In the event of a rejection, there are several ways for the security guard to check the cause. The security guard can let you go through the arch again, search you with a hand-held metal detector or do a manual check.

In the case of security checks for goods and vehicles, scanning is carried out with an explosives detector and in some cases also with dogs.

Additional security checks

An additional security check consisting of an explosives check and breath test can also be carried out via random selection. The scan takes only a few minutes.
