Training material

If you need to send training material to OKG, you must do so in good time. You must also notify OKG Funktion.Utbildning@okg.uniper.energy that the material is on its way. Otherwise there is a risk that the material will get stuck in processing.

Arrival

Before arrival, you must have notified your social security number to OKG Funktion Kompetensutveckling ZMP. When entering through the Check-point, you are expected to show your ID and describe your case to the security staff.
The training building (UBH) is OKG's most common training facility. In some cases, it may be relevant to be in Mässen (4)

The training session

Training roomThere is a notice board in the foyer indicating which room the course will be held in. If you are rearranging your furniture, please return it to its original state when the course is over.

There are several adapters for connecting your own computer to show things on the TV screen in the room. There is also a possibility to book an extra screen on wheels if needed. Please inform us well in advance.

Internet access is available via various networks. Names of networks and passwords are available in the rooms.

Attendance report/list of participants is in a folder on the wall in the reception/cafeteria of the training center. The completed attendance list is left in a red mailbox located inside the entrance doors.

Photography banThere is a general photography ban on the entire campus. Photography is allowed according to 2006-01786 - Rules for photography.

Safety briefingAt the start of the training, a safety briefing is conducted where you mention where the nearest meeting place is at the Fire Alarm (15 - at the bike rack next to the parking lot) and Immediate danger (25 - at the reception indoors at UBH).

If the training is held at Mässen, the meeting point is at the Fire Alarm (4) and at Immediate Danger (26 - the Exhibition in the village).

When you first arrive at the venue, locate escape routes, fire extinguishers etc. in each building. Inform the course participants at the beginning of the course.

Defibrillators are available (in the foyer of UBH).

Rules of the gameWe would like participants to be relieved of other tasks when they are on training. On all our courses, we want mobile phones and computers to be turned off and that you have both a physical and mental presence. The clearer you are as an instructor/supervisor that this is important - the better the conditions for learning.

Network/connectionUBH is equipped with various networks. Instructions for connection are available in each classroom

Lunch/coffeeIn the UBH/Mess there is a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, water station (still and sparkling) and fruit basket with various fruits.

After trainingCourse participants and tutors fill in digital course evaluation.

The supervisor's QR code is in the plastic folder with the participant list.
